Ready To Friday: Season Finale Edition

I am convinced that it is impossible for anything bad to ever happen to me.

Season five is done. The chapter is coming to a brief, yet cooly satisfying close. I haven't seen the final episode yet, but I can wager that it will be as light and condensed at the rest of the season.

It's been a season for growing and learning. Long discussions punctuated with unexpected flashes of cloak and dagger disagreements. The character arcs have been simple and light on the dramatics. Though you could say that some promises were not kept, it only heightens anticipation for the next season. There was much looking towards the future.

A small, tight-knit cast will grow with returning characters, deeper contrasts and more definitive conclusions.

Where will you be next season? Will you be taking your leave or returning to the spotlight. Will you be a subplot or a main arc? Either way, everyone takes the stage at one point. Everyone reads their lines and performs the best they can. The best we can hope for is that someone likes the cut of our jib and decides not to write us off.

But like I said, nothing bad will ever happen to me.

See you all at the next premiere.
